Acceptance of Terms. By using https://landscaperruthven.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Precision Property Management markets and arranges Commercial Landscaping, Gutter Cleaning, Hardscaping, Lawn Edging, Lawn Mowing, Residential Landscaping, Waste Removal, Weed Whacking. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. Precision Property Management (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
No Warranties. Precision Property Management disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Property Management's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Precision Property Management in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Precision Property Management against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Choice of Law. IA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of IA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Updates. Precision Property Management reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
